Help on freeze (360)

After the patch I got problems (stutter, I think you call it in English) and the game freezes.
It is in a Dynasty mode that was started before the patch.

I read that other had similar problems and the cleared the cache.
Does it help?
How do I do t?

Very grateful for help, I do not want to restart my Dynasty.

Clear the cache. It worked for me. I had the stuttering, frozen replays etc. Cleared the cache and it's been running great.
