ELITE 11 was priced to high?

My question to all those NBA LIVE / ELITE fans; Would you have paid $10 more for ELITE 11 and NBA 2K11?
As i have been searching around the net since the release date of Oct 5th for the Next-Gen b-ball rat race. I was shocked to see that the pricing for ELITE 11 was priced $10 more than the ever so popular 2K11 series. Now, i asked myself the question WTF? Now we all have seen ELITE11 postponed until 2011; but how could they still try to sell that "un finished" game at that elevated pricetag? Is EA on crack? I find most EA / EASports games are all priced $10 more than some of the best games on the market. If you go into any gaming store right now you will see what i am ranting about. Who gives them the right to price their games that much higher than the rest? I know, if you can't afford it don't buy it -garbage. So how can you tell someone like myself ( a b-ball junkie) that the NBA ELITE 11 should have sold for $10 more than a complete polished game like NBA 2K11 (bugs and all)? I feel EA as a whole has worn out their goodness; other companies are coming out with better products, at much lower prices; and if that keeps up; EA will be cutting more and more jobs every year, just like the US/ Canadian economies. EA needs to drop their initial price points to get back some of their fan base; because price means alot more to much more people in this time and age, and they need to follow that economical curve, if they plan to have longevity.

I dont think Ive seen an EA game for more then $60 which is the norm for any game maker.

Much of that first post is already asking for an online "fight," not to mention being borderline against our TOS.
