Here is BiggD's NBA 13 File for NBA Live 10 (XBOX 360)

I take no credit for his file, I'm just putting the offline version out there for everyone to use. I have always used USB Xtaf Gui to extract the files to your USB stick. There is a dummy profile and the roster file included in this save. It seems to be the only way to get this to work, Instructions for how to load are on page 2 post 13

I guess I'm not understanding the extract the file part? I thought USB Xtaf was for USB extracting? I guess I'm not understanding...

Use Modio to rehash and resign then USB Xtaf to put it back onto your USB stick. What's there to understand?

I guess I'm not understanding why this file doesn't work. Any other file I use works perfect. NCAA bball 10, NBA 2k, college hoops 2k8 all work.

I can't even get the file into Horizon or Modio. I guess it's just not to be.

Dirty, you can't transfer EA saves like you do others, there is a process and I figured it out...using the USBXtaf and Modio and I just transferred them perfectly....amazing how it worked...took thought and effort..

If you have Skype I can show you later this evening around 7 Central time.

Oh yeah? I don't have Skype. I'm pretty ok with terminology, could you explain it?

I wonder what would happen if we did it the "old" way... A dummy profile and the save file.... Then there would be no rehashing or resigning. You would sign out of your profile, load the dummy profile, then start the game, load the roster under the dummy profile then sign out and sign back in with your profile then save the roster to your HDD....

Dirty give me a few minutes and I'll re upload on just got to get on the Xbox and create a dummy profile.

OK so the dummy profile and roster are up on the first post. Unzip it then open up USB Xtaf. Open your USB drive and click on Data Partition, then Highlight content then in the window inject the Folder you just extracted.

Then put the USB in your 360, sign out of your profile and sign into Player1 profile on the memory stick. Load the roster on the memory stick. Then after you make sure it loaded sign out of Player one Profile and sign back into yours. Its going to have you re set your profile as the lead and active profile but as long as you dont load a new roster the NBA 2013 roster should still be active. Once you get your profile set as active and lead just save the roster on to your HDD and it should work....... Let me know what happens.

had to reloaded my profile manager as the lead and then save...and the rosters are complete

So apparently I'm an idiot because I could not get this done for the life of me. I think it's time to just give up.
