Maybe its because EA prioritizes Xbox over PS.

Re: Is the demo updated?

The demo is updated for XBox One, not sure about PS4.

I am an avid 2k baller for the past 6-8 years, though Live10 wasn't bad just too arcadey. This demo is definitely NEW and uPDATED, and I am really enjoying the game, it's weird I think I might buy it? haha

The gameplay is much improved, ability to Defend is as better than 2k, and the offense runs much better now with much more animations and collision detection that makes sense. The rebounding still sorta is tough, but other than that I can't complain about the gameplay at all. I love it actually.

Right when I started it, I tried Shoot Around or whatever its labeled with Kevin Durant and it has a tutorial for dribble moves and signature dribble moves and the other basics. It's almost identical to 2k14 in terms of all the moves, just different controls (right stick dribbles just never shoots, and LB is the modifier you hold while tapping RS a direction to do a signature move). It flows really well as you get used to it. Double tap A to bounce pass, do so much more now. The game plays really well....... Live 15 I might be buying....

The DEMO really is worth the Download. I really don't know which gameplay i like mroe now between 2k and Live14. The graphcis go to 2k and so does the Voice Announcer people, but the ESPN EA presentation is cool. More importantly I like how it runs.

The NEW DEMO includes:

-Ability to just Shoot Around with ANY PLAYER from NBA: includes tutorial on many moves and controls
-Ability to play 2 minute quarter games with 10 random updated teams
-PLAY Ultimate Team, you get a load of gold stud players and can play 3 games of 5(or 6) minute quarters. I think this is all offline, but you get plenty of gaming in this demo to see what it's like.
-There's a couple other modes or games too, like getting certain achievments or goals in a span of time... etc.

I AM A 100% 2k die hard gamer..... and I know I sound like a "try this EA" weirdo. But people need to stop with the hate and give this new patched up version a legit objective view. I'll sacrifice graphics for better FPS and Online Gameplay that works 10 times out of 10. Now I'm not saying Live 14 is quite there yet, but once you play it and if you are a pretty avid gamer you will realize that EA has set themselves up to possibly bank it big.

2K, play me on XBOX One, aha, GT is "MetaWORLDschizo"
