Yes I totally have. pro level (I feel at least)isnt as good as superstar.
9 Minute quarters,ratings only,accelerated clock,fatigue ON and having the on ball pressure to be normal really kick in the good field goal percentages

Just played a quarter with these settings...Lakers at Knicks and the Lakers were 0-3 from the 3pt line...(Kobe 0-2) that was good to see , considering in my dynasty game last night, Kobe was raining down 3's all over the court. However I couldn't stop them anywhere else and I couldn't score for nothing with the shooting settings set to "ratings". Started another game and moved my shooting settings back to "ratings plus skill" and at least I'm scoring again.

3pt isn't an issue on superstar. 9 out of 10 games, I hold them well under 50%. Superstar flows better to me overall.

Thank you Tomba. I don't know if it's today's update or your game settings but it plays so much better! 3s toned down, inside drives toned down, shots in the paint, and the CPU actually making mistakes (that might be the update). Whatever it is, I love it... had a great game replaying the Bulls and Bucks today 81-72.
