Offline co-op? Team management?

These two features were sadly missing from last year, and while I enjoyed the demo, their absence might make me skip this year's game.

Can you play offline/couch co-op in this game? My nephew didn't want to play against me, so we took turns instead, which was not what I wanted.

Can you trade players or sign free agents? You couldn't adjust the rosters at all last year, so I couldn't update them for all the moves made in the summer.

Any help/answers would be appreciated.

This is a double bummer. It's like they don't want me to buy their game.

Third year on next gen and they don't have these features? Am I the only one who wants them or something?
