It's great news their listening and implementing the consumer complaints by mo-capping all the animations because its better to have limited great animations play out than alot of bad animations that play out, that kill the immersion.

Jamario Moon used to have some crazy hops. Hopefully he's still got it. Nice teaser.

Could be wrong but I really think Live is coming back strong this time.

Great! Since I'm not purchasing any NBA game this year I'll be waiting to see how Live 17 plays out early next year. If it looks and plays strong then I'm set. All they need to do is really expand on what they've got and you've got a fun game

Good to see there's some life left. But unless there's a PC version, it really wont matter for me at this point.

Let's hope Live 17 is under the Frostbite engine if we're lucky since it's coming out in early 2017 rather than this September. Hoping for the best!

I thought NBA live always used motion caps?? If they haven't then shame on them for taking this long to start using it.

                    Quote from Noshun

Lives downfall will always start with basic human movement. Until they fix that, their game will never succeed.

The programmers need to not allow animations to break at any keyframe, because its kills any semblence of "realistic human movement" All that spastic stuff happening.

It doesn't really matter if they use a motion capture talent such as Russell Westbrook or some 16 y/o guy from next door. All that matters is how the animations translate in the game. Most often than not, it didn't look good. Their problem was never who it was, but how it was implemented.
                          My Specs:

                          ZX Spectrum
                          CPU: Z80 @ 3.5 MHz
                          GPU: Monochrome display
                          RAM: 48 KB
                          OS: Sinclair BASIC

Frostbite might allow for smoother animation Real Time transition?
