Re: NBA live 17
Great! Since I'm not purchasing any NBA game this year I'll be waiting to see how Live 17 plays out early next year. If it looks and plays strong then I'm set. All they need to do is really expand on what they've got and you've got a fun game'Long time reader, first time poster'

Re: NBA live 17
Let's hope Live 17 is under the Frostbite engine if we're lucky since it's coming out in early 2017 rather than this September. Hoping for the best!

Re: NBA live 17
I thought NBA live always used motion caps?? If they haven't then shame on them for taking this long to start using it.Comment

Quote from Noshun
Lives downfall will always start with basic human movement. Until they fix that, their game will never succeed.
The programmers need to not allow animations to break at any keyframe, because its kills any semblence of "realistic human movement" All that spastic stuff happening.Last edited by Crunky; 06-04-2016, 09:52 AM.Comment

Re: NBA live 17
It doesn't really matter if they use a motion capture talent such as Russell Westbrook or some 16 y/o guy from next door. All that matters is how the animations translate in the game. Most often than not, it didn't look good. Their problem was never who it was, but how it was implemented. My Specs:

CPU: Z80 @ 3.5 MHz
GPU: Monochrome display
RAM: 48 KB
OS: Sinclair BASICComment
