NBA Live 18 EA Play Questions/Requests Thread

Well...hello there...

I will be attending EA Play this weekend on behalf of Operation Sports. BEFORE WE START - I will NOT be capturing off screen gameplay. I believe it is a terrible representation of gaming in general and shows all games in a horrid light.

WITH THAT BEING SAID I'm asking you, the OS user, what you would like to know from this conference that you may not see because you are not there. I will have conversations with any and all of the devs so fire away and I will try to answer what I can.

Honestly, ask as many animation questions as you can. It seems to be the BIG question/problem we all have.

MAybe throw in some sig animations as well and not just your average "yes, lebron has a sig dunk or steph curry has a sig jumper".

For example, does Kyle Lowry and Corey Joseph play the same ? Or a can you "feel" the difference when using each player ?

1. What can we expect from dynasty mode?

2. Is there a roster share?

Is late game a.i. still an issue?

Does the tip off go to all players or just the point guard?

Is roster editing apart of the game?

Probably not. You will be able to give impressions but OS has more access at this event than just the public session.

1. Will NBA Live 18 return to PC?

2. What customization options, if any, are there for the rosters/teams? (Creating uniforms, team brands, etc)

3. Will the sound design be improved? (Crowd cheers/arena atmosphere)

4. Will users be able to share custom roster files with ease?

As long as Synergy is in place, I don't think you're getting roster/player editing. Synergy is a mask. Check if Dynasty mode has any changes.

1. Have the controls been expanded upon? Ex: ability to manually throw a bounce/lob pass or shoot a bank shot. Like live 14 had.

2. Does driving feel overpowered? In the past 3 lives defenders are moved out of the way once the animation starts even if you are in great position, so is there contact on the gathering steps that alter the momentum of driving shots? Or can you turbo through the defense consistently?
