NBA Live Ultimate Team. I don't see any thread for Ultimate Team on here. Let's use this thread to talk about LUT and our squad/pulls/players to get. This is what I got so far.

I'll post more when I get he retail copy today. I added Eric Bledsoe(90 speed) to my squad! Dude is a beast. Also got Porzingis from the Knicks challenge and Devin Booker from Suns challenge.

How did you approach this game mode? Just doing challenges? Or did you buy packs? Which challenges should you do first?

Looking forward to giving LUT a go, I loved the idea of My Team but got bored of it with all the cheese in 2k17 so stayed away from the online bit.

In LUT, do you have online matches just to get points or is there a league system like 2K?

I spent $10 and got 3 three pack All-Star bundles. Then played all the challenges.

I did the first challenges you see when going to solos. They are easy and 4 min quarters. Difficult is rookie. Power through and build up. Don't remember off the top of my head what they are called. Have fun man. I'll be here all year so feel free to ask away if questions.

Looks like they got some sweet bundles for launch. Credit to DBOYGAMEZ.


Personally i think you can build a legit squad by grinding solos and Heroes Challenges but this deal might be too sweet to pass on.

haha having fun with LUT also as a change up.

gives me a chance to work with players who I otherwise would never see that much of. also a nice challenge to try to win games with a low rated squad.

i refuse to pay one dime for higher rated players though will just work through it

between this, The One and franchise there is a lot to do to mix it up

Yah. You can get your squad to an 80 by just playing all the challenges.

Damn, you spend like 30 bucks on those packs? I would never pay that much. But good for you that you got a nice pull out of it!

Question: anybody else got problems with this game mode? I got kicked out many times out of the menu due to "Server problems" and the game even crashed on me once when i wanted to got to the auction house.

I'm new to this my team concept but I see it everywhere in YouTube.

Is this a collection of random players that you play online against other players?

Is there a player lock?

Or can we do this OFFLINE?
