NBA Live 18 Face Scan App

I've spent the last hour and half trying to get this darn thing to work. Anyone have any luck.

Phone - Samsung S8

It will not upload and repeatedly says Upload Failure "Try Again".

Yeah, the face scan isn't working. Coming from the demo to the full game you can't even download your face scan. Something's wrong.. hopefully the devs are aware. Really don't want to do another scan since the one I have is perfect. Other people are reporting this on Reddit.

Has nothing to do with Android. Whatever server EA is using for the the face scan isn't working atm.

Maybe there is a different problem now. For the demo my 6p failed multiple times so immediately picked up my son's iPhone and it worked.

Not trying to start anything just stating an observation. Anyone else do a face scan for live then for 2k? My live one looks exactly and I mean exactly like me. The 2k one looks nothing like me. Same exact environment when I did the scan so it wasn't that.

Same for me. The Live "me" looks amazing. The 2k scan I recognize certain features that are similar but isn't me at all. Very impressed with the Live scan for sure.

Yea the EA face scan tech is finally good. Granted can't fault 2k much, EA's was bad for a long time. This is the first time I've been impressed with a face scan feature.

My android phone isn't compatible with the app, and I don't see an in-game option for it...bummer.

Keep trying to scan my face and getting render failed. I'm using a Galaxy s6.
