If you really think about it it's kind of a slap in the face to people who pre-ordered Live 18. The people who really supported the game from the beginning pre-ordered & paid $40... And everyone else who bashed it bought 2K18 and then changed their minds now get it for even cheaper than people who pre-ordered the game.... I just feel the game should of always been $40, all along... And pre-ordered for like $29... If nothing else to build the fan base back up.... And they (EA) know it! I think now they realize that and trying to save face.

Idk just doesn't seem fair to me but it is what it is....

It's actually dropped $30 in the past month. Name another game from a major publisher that dropped in price that fast. Not even Mass Effect: Andromeda went on sale with a price cut that big.

Soooo... You're telling me that makes sense to you? That a $60 game that was $40 when pre-ordered is now $30 just a month after release.

So what was the benefit of pre-ordering the game when now it's cheaper than the pre-order price just a few weeks later???

The game was obviously not selling as well as expected. If the game is selling so well then why drop the price??? That doesn't logically make sense. You drop the price on an item in an attempt to get it off of the shelves mainly due to slow sales.

In my personal opinion the game isn't worth $60. It's fun and they have come a long way but, there is still a lot left on the table to be done. So they are doing the right thing by keeping the price low cuz no way this game will see high sales at a $60 price point.

They should of just had it at $40 retail price from the beginning and maybe did the $29 thing as a pre-order special. That's all I'm saying...

Ummm, I want my money back. I missed the first preorder sale at gamestop and had to pay full price which was 49.99 I think. Still not as much as 2k but I like to save lol

Looks like a permanent price cut, no sale or expire date.
