- Accessory colors for most jerseys are wrong
- Many players are missing from the game (Maxi Kleber on Mavs, Darius Miller on Pelicans, Royce O’Neal’s in Jazz, Cj Williams on clippers ect)
- Editing rotations is broken. The game always resets the minutes to how they were no matter how many times you change them
- CPU doesn’t trade in franchise
- Stat overlays in game are showing last years stats and announcers talk about last years games as if they are most recent
- Online matches frequently end due to errors during the first half
- Teams now have 2, two-way contracts and thus can carry 17 players, but the roster limit is still 15
- Medium socks are incompatible with many knee accessories even though they weren’t before the update.
- Some shoes (Jordan 31 ect) show up as the generic EA shoes on players.
- Player likeness updates have been shown on the official Ea account (Lonzo and Lebron) but haven’t came through to the game yet
- Online head to head shows last years records in team select screen
- in the play now screen, changes to the starting lineup before the game starts aren’t reflected when the game starts
- The socks used in online games are not the new Nike ones. They are the NBA ones from live 15, which is a huge eyesore.

For a game that’s trying to get back some market share, I would think they would be more on top of stuff like this especially since the game had been out for months now. Hopefully they fix all this
I wouldn't expect much more. I was happy to get 3 on 3 and roster editing. I hope they learned from their mistakes , hopefully 19 will resolve the major issues.

Hope they change the CPU guards always forcing their way to the basket

I know this is random but what camera angle do you play on? I was playing EA cam and getting the constant driving. One day I was trying different camera angles and settled on ESPN. I felt like cpu moved the ball more and the game/players seemed to move slower but it felt much better gameplay wise 🤷🏾*♂️

100% agreed. I love the flow and feel of Live. But playing the cpu would be so much better if they
1. Did not force drives into the paint so often
2. Did more stop and pop shots when driving in the mid range.
3. Post players NEVER use the triple threat in live 18 for some reason. CPU post players need to face the basket more often and sometimes pull up facing the basket from the post

Update these things and I will be satisfied until Live 19 releases.

What about the teams that have the City alternate courts? I wonder if they will add these in the game. Stats and commentary still showing last season will never get fixed. Have they just moved onto 19?

Yeah it’s a real bummer. Seems like it happens every year too. I guess the problem is that there are just so many issues that need addressing that they decide the time it would take to fix them isn’t worth taking time away from developing 19.
