How come the NBA Live forum is so dead?

It's like a ghost town here. In the 2k forums people are discussing ways to improve the game but in here we aren't having any discussions and a bunch of threads with little replies. Did people already lose hope?

this is the end of the season, people are playing other things like God of War, hot summer titles are out. It'll pick up in late Summer,

A lot of people were around at launch. Look at the demo thread. I think it's clear the game has a very long way to go. In the grand scheme it's just an ok game without much depth. That kills replay value.

I'm playing Far Cry 5, Bioshock, GTA V, Monster Hunter World, God of War, and MLB the Show 18, but I am still playing NBA Live 18 (Almost done with my regular season in the One). I have a strict rotation, so I don't know how others manage. The game will improve. I like Live 18. It has flaws, but it's fun for me.

That may be the case of you and the other Live fans but whatever the case the forum is slap dead. Even the handful of people here who rave about Live never discuss the game in any real detail there for as much as they bring it up here. That's telling. The will improve. It should. All games do. I think once/if they ever deliver a complete and compelling product people will hang around. I bought it for 5 or 10 bucks back in Nov or Dec. Played a franchise with the Nets and lost DLo because the game doesn't have restricted free agency. Didn't play much afterwards and eventually deleted it to make space on my 500 PS4.
