NBA Live 19 Boston Celtics Playbook Guide/Walkthrough

Over the last two days, I've been going through all 17 pages of plays in the Boston Celtics playbook, and here are the ones I've found that tend to consistently generate the most scoring chances when you're using Boston's default starting lineup of Kyrie Irving, Jaylen Brown, Gordon Hayward, Jayson Tatum, and Al Horford:

Such a good video. Hated seeing comments about not getting off ball open looks. I could get off ball open looks in 18.

Have to be patient running plays and let them develop.

I feel like the set plays I've seen so far in this Live demo are balanced pretty close to how they are in real life where the simpler, quick-hitting actions have lower success rates than the more complex, slower-to-develop actions.

The new off-ball tug/grab/shove animations also play a big part in determining whether or not someone gets open. There's a play at 2:50, for example, that isn't even designed for Kyrie to get an open shot, but he gets open just by becoming engaged and pushing off Steph; that was just 2 CPU going at it off-ball in the middle of a play and my CPU happened to win the animation battle at an opportune moment.

Are you using off ball control?

Also, I can't find where to bring up the play designs on screen. Have done it a few times accidentally but could never figure out the pattern.

Good selection of basic plays. I dont expect the branching like 2k
