Official NBA Live 19 Impressions thread

It would be really cool if EA could get Sony to allow cross platform play as part of "what's new." It would help with the player pool.

Hoping next time I jump on I can get a 5v5 without people quitting. Haha remember when match making was broken, this is like that. I don't wanna remake a room repeatedly to get a game. And to top it off you play a game and people quit. It's like cmon son you know there's not another game going on, you're ruining the one game we have.


I do not really like threes. Too simple. I definitely wanna crush some dudes in live, maybe make some videos haha. I hope the deadness is a temporary thing, but...

I expect nothing but an addition of rookies to the game and them releasing a new game for new gen

I keep dreaming it comes out. My subconscious must be in a sad state haha. It's interwoven into other dream events tho, like oh and Live news.



Seriously if they do this and leave us hanging, I am gonna be upset. If they can't get it out in 19, they lied. We didn't want a delay of course, but when they say they are delaying til late 19, it's like OK, fine, let's see. If they did that knowing the game was never coming out, that is going to irk me.



I can't stand being lied to or misled, esp considering we're all being somewhat forgiving of them dropping the ball on their release date. We're still gonna buy it if it comes out after the delay, i reckon, unless it's trash.

I was really enjoying this game in the spring, then took a break from basketball games for a while. Then a little while ago came back to it with the newest update and wasn't enjoying it anymore. EA ruined shooting midrange/threes, it's as bad as it was in Live 15 after some updates. Why?????? The game was so good, then they updated things for the sake of updating...

I actually went back to Live 18 and was enjoying it much more now. With some slider and roster edits it plays well, with nice ball movement and midrange game by the cpu. I prefer the spacing in 18.
