How come when i'm playing defense i'm guarding my guy, why does some of my other defender come over and double teaming EVERYTIME? How do i make it so my cpu players guard their guy at all times? They are just running around not knowing what they're supposed to do, its like watching 4 year old playing for fun. This has to be one of the worst sports games of all time.

Press down on the d-pad when on defense to make sure your defense is set to 'man to man'. Then check your defensive matchups to make sure you're guarding who you're supposed to (or just follow the line if you have it on).

Also if for some reason you're holding O/B, that calls for a double team

This is probably what's happening to you. The game has a double team button your probably using, o or b depending on your system
