I'm not surprised by what they are doing. I expect this years Mavs team if Cuban and Nellie allows them to grow together to advance deep into the western conference playoffs. I see them winning 52-55 games and claiming no lower than a 5th seed.
Their bench is as deep as any Mavs team since the mid-late 80's that featured Jay Vincent, Dale Ellis, D.Schrempf and Brad Davis guy's that backed up Aguirre, Blackman, Perkins, Harper and Donaldson. They are very well rounded and Damps brings them solid low post defense and someone that can provide them a low post game that you have to respect. The firepower that Daniles, Terry and Stack bring off the bench gives the Mavs possibly 3 potential 6th man of the year candidates.
All in all this team will be very dangerous and make things tough on either the Spurs or Wolves come playoff time.

good win. They started out slow but just blew Memphis away.
3-0 for the 4th time in franchise history.
If you're listening to the post game show on the Ticket, you'd know that Ben's "Grown *** Man of the Game" was Erick Dampier with 13 points and 18 rebounds.
Devin Harris had his best game of the year. 14 points 3 assists 4 steals 2 blocks all in 25 minutes. All according to espn.
