Henderson needs to be traded.

PJ Hairston (although his character issues worry me) or TJ Warren.

Gordon Hayward or Chandler Parsons.

My dream scenario would be to send Henderson, Biyombo, MKG, and draft picks for Russell Westbrook. It probably can't happen but I can dream.

I am loving the new uniforms. Super excited for the season.

I'm hoping for KJ McDaniels in the draft at 24. Not sure what I want at 9, there are a lot of routes they can go based on who's available.

I don't know how to feel about our draft. It will either be extremely great or very bad.

I hope we trade: Henderson, Neal and Bismack

Get in a trade: Stauskas, LaVine

Dream Free Agent signing: Hayward, Parsons

In free agency, I want McRoberts brought back. Neither Zeller nor Vonleh are ready to start yet and McRoberts is a great fit on our roster. CDR is another guy I'd like to see brought back. He was the best 2 guard on our roster by the end of the season in my opinion and he'll be pretty cheap.

I'd like to see one of Jameer Nelson, Mo Williams, or Greivis Vasquez brought in as the backup point guard. Patty Mills is my wildcard there. He's explosive, but I fear that he'll regress if he leaves the Spurs.

Lastly, I'd like to explore bringing in a starting level wing. Lance Stephenson or Chandler Parsons are my top 2 options in free agency. Parsons could be available if Houston goes all in on Melo and Stephenson is rumored to be an option for us. Neither one is perfect, and I can't even say with 100% certainty that I want to go all in for either guy. But both are good options worth considering. Unfortunately, there aren't many good realistic options in free agency. Gordon Hayward would fit what we need, but he's going to be way too expensive. Luol Deng is on the downside of his career and will likely be overpaid as well. Trevor Ariza is really the only other starting level guy that would be realistic that I think we should consider.

I'd love to see Henderson (unlikely) or Neal (possible) traded to save salary, but not at the expense of giving up a real asset.

If somehow the roster looked something like this, I'd be thrilled.

I was hoping we would be adding 3PT shooting, but that doesn't seem to be a priority at the moment.

I like Livingston quite a bit as a player, but I agree with you. I'd prefer to see a 3 point shooter brought in.
