Great team effort from us tonight, especially on the defensive end.

Held the Pistons to 1 FG in the final 10 mins. This is the same team that owned us in each meeting last year.

Lopez makes his season debut tomorrow. I doubt he plays more than 25 min though.

Such a weird game tonight. I'll take the W but watching it felt like we weren't up by as much as the score showed throughout the game.

Great games from Deron, Joe and Brook though.

Deron has been named Eastern Conference Player of the Week. First time he's won it as a member of the Nets.

Jesus christ outside of Deron we are a SLOW SLOW SLOW unathletic plodding team. I hate it so much. Deron finally gets healthy and he can't do anything.

Not to mention we're falling back to the Averah trap of ISOffense and I dont like it.

With all the Kirilenko rumors, I hope we at least get back some wing athleticism. Or a post defender...but. I'm keeping my expectations low that we won't.

The optimism in me hope that the Nets are just waiting until January as usual to start playing legit

It wouldn't surprise me, I still think we don't have enough to run with some of these young fast teams, and we don't have the defensive stalwarts Memphis has to play like that. We'll see though
