-Ability to use Classic teams on-line (Don't hate me for using the 1996 Wildcats- Bar none my favorite team ever).
- Graphics overall are pretty good (crowd, mascot, cheerleaders panties
)- ESPN radio
- New uniforms
- It is not a horrible game, but feels very shallow. Kind of like a pre-beta.
- I love Legends Tournament
Dislikes:
- No teams to unlock
- No All-time teams
- Lack of names that are available for speech recognition
- Horrid ratings for players. For example: Mark Pope is an 84, Anthony Epps is a 76. Jodie Meeks is a 77, Perry Stevenson is a 77, Darius Miller is a 77, DeAndre Liggins 72, and Patrick Patterson is an 81. Not sure who put together ratings, but they do not appear to have done research. All but like 2 pUKe players are 77 or higher. Syracuse is ranked #21. hmmmmm.
- Players are stickish and do not move smoothly
- Commentary is weak
To be honest, if UK didnt have new uniforms this year I might have created freshmen, graduated seniors, and kept on playing College Hoops 2k8. I would recommend the same to anyone who does not have an issue.
It is kind of weird how this game would have hit the market in its current condition. I know several 1st person shooters, like Bond, borrowed the Call of Duty 4 engine. I am not sure why EA wouldnt somehow couldnt borrow 2K's. The overall gameplay is just that much better.
I really hate 2K for not creating a College Hoops game this year. All I can say is that I PRAY TO GOD that they have one for next season.
I have not played a dynasty yet.
