Interest in a PLAYER LOCK & Play ANY TEAM patch?

i think that is why player lock wasn't implemented this year. i know in nba live 06 when player lock was first implemented it was terrible. the AI teammates didn't respond well at all. with the playcalling system in this year's game being really good its a shame that player lock isn't included. i really enjoy calling plays (or having the CPU coach do so) and seeing my teammates get their shots and points. it makes the game more authentic IMO. even though i have proclaimed that i will take my unopened copy back, i probably won't since most are saying the gameplay is even more engrossing than the demo. i'm just a weak sports fan....

As someone mentioned, there's no excuse anymore for any game not having the ability to play any game on the schedule in-season. We have it in Madden, NCAA FB, NBA 2k, College Hoops 2k. But EA dropped the ball in that regard on this title and the NHL series, and 2k blew it in this regard in the MLB series.

Perhaps more people complaining about the lack of this basic feature will get them to change it in the future, since more developers seem to be appearing on these boards.

Nobody said you have to utilize it, but it's great to have.

Why does there have to be 200 threads about Player Lock not being in the game. Put it in the impressions thread and end it. That is where the EA Dev team will be looking anyway....if they are looking for feedback at all.....who knows.

There are 2 people on this entire EA NCAA BB 09 board that are defending this game and they are defending the SAME topics posted by overcomplainers regarding Player Lock. This seems to be getting old. If you dont like Player Lock not being in then just leave it in the impressions thread and end it. Its rather frustrating to see bickering flood every thread and most of it is related to Player Lock.

Exactly. Thanks my man. Its called....OPTIONS. Like I said in my blog, not everybody wants to play the season as a coach.
