Coaching Question

Since my poor 2K8 has become unplayable, I will be buying NCAA 09'

Just a few questions...
Does this game have a coaching mode or something similar, where I can call plays, make substitutions and such without actually playing the game as the team? (hope that makes sense)

Also, does it contain CPU vs. CPU play?
