What about each teams schedule?

I know in 2K8 they had every teams schedule correct, so if you played in the Paridise jam you played at ths shotty little like high school gym. Very cool and added to the realism of the game. Will this game have that to?

Last year there was a major screw up with schedules please have it fixed on release day this year

EA college bball games have never had the correct schedules...I don't see what their problems is...hopefully they have all the schedule n stadiums

In 09 the schedules were accurate once the first patch came out but only preseason tournaments that EA had the rights to (Maui, etc) were in the game. So if your school was in the Paradise Jam it IRL it was not represented in NCAA 09. It was not like CH where they made up tournament names to represent tournaments they didn't have licenses to. It was a brilliant move to 2K, hopefully EA follows suit.

That is for sure what they need to do then. With out the correct schedules it's kind of a game killer for me, well maybe anyway.

It sucks but it shouldn't be a game killer. If you're playing the dynasty mode then it only affects your first season anyway, and really only the first month of your first season. You'd really not purchase a game because you miss one three-game tournament in the start of your first dynasty year?

I guess everyone has their own priorities but it seems a bit ridiculous to me.

See i have never purchised a game for this franchise and the way i play sports video games, which is one season at a time, with a single team, i guess i just like to keep it as real to real life as possible and thats why the schedule is so important to me.

Yeah, having to wait for a patch to get accurate schedules was kind of annoying, however rosters weren't done until after it came out so it was no biggie. One of the problems they have though aside from preseason tourneys is the fact that all teams aren't in. They left out all of the independents and some more teams from small conferences.

did they fix the issue of playing games dynasty on back to back days or three or four games a week? i didn't try last years game just curious.

i would like to see more preseason tournaments even with fake names. the only thing about scheduling that would be a killer for is if teams were playing a lot of back to back games and 4 or 5 games a week like would happen in march madness.

Definitely hope they have this. Obviously they wouldn't be able to put the Coaches vs. Cancer tournament in the game (since 2K Sports has the naming rights), but at least call it something like "Big Apple Invitational" and have the games played at MSG.

Also, it would be really cool if they added some fictional Div. II schools, since they usually make up a couple games on the slate. Maybe make it like NCAA Football and just call them something like "Div II Southwest", or even get creative. Harrison University anyone?

Yes these need to be added to the game but why are not all teams in the game? that doesn't make sence to me. There's really no good reason for there not to be.

There's already well over 300 teams in Div. I, adding all the Div. II teams would take up way too much disc space. I'm just saying add a couple Div. II teams, even if they were fictional it would add some realism to the dynasty.

Also, I'm wondering if Jab_Step or anyone else could tell me if Independents and Great West Conference teams will be added. Even though they aren't eligible for the postseason this year they should be included.

Just so they have all D1 schools in it i'm fine with and they can have there own genaric gym to may be add there emblem and colors to the court but thats about it and as far as D2 schools go i think it should be like the other poster said D2 west, east , whatever , that makes a ton of sence.

Why do we even need D2 basketball teams? I don't think anyone really even plays D2 teams since there are so many D1 schools.
