CPU automatic from the line ??

anyone else seeing that the CPU just does not miss from the line? I swear Ive seen it miss maybe twice in the last 6 or 7 games. I assume there is no adjustment for CPU foul shooting?

not seeing the cpu be automatic from the line.

Not sure if the free throw difficulty slider will affect the cpu as well. Worth a shot I guess, but the downfall will be that your free throws will become more difficult as well.

I think my CPU is set on Memphis free throw setting.

That must be it as I have the Slider set to the easy side. But tht is becuase I suck at free throws. If that is the case.. then that is one of the poorer thought out solutions for free throws. I guess I got spoiled by 2k's "real FT Percentage" switch..

I don't see this either. My last game Indiana St. (ME) vs. Creighton, Creighton really struggled from the charity stripe, it was the only thing that kept me from being blowed out. I play on All-Conf. with some tweaks to sliders.

I just decided this year I am not going to mess with player ratings and just keep the generic names. I am really enjoying the game and just want to get into a deep dynasty. I am also concerned about these dynamic updates not sure I am going to be downloading anything after all the EA screw ups with Live. I really enjoyed it until the updates so I am not counting on NCAA being any different.

It's a brickfest for me and the CPU, Nessler is always saying how it's been a horrible night at the stripe for both teams.

yea i hear ya i have the free throw slider set to the the easy side too and the cpu is pretty much automatic from the line. Couple that with the rest of the slider settings from authentic and it can make it tough to win games because the cpu just drives and jumps into the defender and draws the foul resulting in 2 made free throws every time.

Exactly. What frustrates me, is I am sure I could get used to it on a higher difficulty , but there is no practice mode. Ive bumped it up almost back to the original starting point, and I am starting to see a lot more misses from the CPU, so I am sure thats what it is. How they can have a slider that dicates both human and AI skill, seems not well thought out to me. Still, Ive got the Sliders tuned in, and I really like the game this year.
