anybody remember the 1st march madness for PS2, it didnt even have a season mode, you could only play exhibition and tournment. the game hasnt really grown much since then except presentation this year..thats sad lol

that was actually the 1st game I ever bought for my ps2 and was so disappointed by the lack of season mode I wanted to cry.

I seriously do remember this game, other limitations coming to mind that there were only a handful of teams from outside the major conferences (with generic conference teams like America East Team, etc...) and I think you could only edit up to 28 or so full team rosters before the game wouldn't let you edit anymore.

I remember the one with Emeka on the front, it was the first college basketball game I bought, I thought it was decent from what I remember. I wanted to buy it next year but I remember not being able to find it yet the 2K college game was out. I bought the 2K game haha. From then on I didn't buy another EA basketball game until last year's 09 game since it was the only game out. What I always liked about 2K basketball was that it came out really early.

The OP cannot be serious.

Let me see, MM 2001 had no season mode. NCAA 10 has season, dynasty, online play, the ability to share roster files with other gamers, multiple presentations in regards to broadcast and now online updates to update players and teams ratings...

Yeah, the game hasn't grown at all....

I never played 2001, but this is ridiculous. I remember playing MM 2005 a few months back; I couldn't get through a half, that's how disjointed the gameplay felt compared to 09.
