I ended falling asleep early . just joined. Will I be stuck with the xp glitch?

Check your coach goals xp , if they all show 0 then yes

After playing my first game I realized I need a lot more seasoning and am retiring. Plus the fact that the game froze after the game ended and didnt save the game. Good luck to everyone. Sorry

Why not just practice by playing people in the league?

Also, how does recruiting work? Are we able to recruit week to week? I've never done an online franchise with NCaa
