New PS3 Dynasty with 15-16 rosters, SIM style

I just created a new dynasty with the latest 15-16 rosters & up to date conferences. This will be a SIM style league, so no cheese or abusing of glitches. The league will have custom tough sliders, Heisman level difficulty & 6 min. Qtrs. The league will advance every other day unless notified. You may choose any team & create a coach. Every coach will begin at level 10. If for any reason because of the coaching XP glitch your created coach is not receiving XP, then you can use a current coach.

I personally, do not use GroupMe or anything like that, but the other players are welcomed to use it.

I plan to keep this league running for as long as possible, so if you only plan to play 1-2 seasons, then this league is not for you. I'm looking for committed players that will not quit regardless of W-L.
