Rules for this dynasty.
1. Max players: 8; maybe more later on
2. Week advances after everyone is ready or after 24 hours
3. Must pick a team within the Big 12 or Big 10
4. No trash talking
5. No running up score purposely to user opponents in game
6. No modding
7. Must face 3+ user teams each season
8. Must have GroupMe (messaging app)
9. No joining during season, must wait till offseason of next in game year
10. Have fun
