Recruiting Only Dynasty (PS3)

I've been thinking of the idea of a dynasty where as the title obviously says its recruiting only. Likely would start off as a smaller school and work the way up, if anyone has any interest let me know!

Questions.....

1. Would all games be simmed?
2. What size schools would you start with?
3. Would everyone be in one conference or multiple?
4. Would their be any recruiting restrictions?
5. How often would you advance?

That would be up to the league honestly, if it gathers enough interest we could all compromise and form the rules together

Count me in. I like recruiting and it's fun to sim and leave it up to the cpu

I'm interested if there's a way we can use coach mode controls in an OD. I'd be more interested if we could at least watch the games.

If you want to run a coach mode OD I'll play. Just recruiting isn't that fun to me, but if I'm able to coach my team on the field id be interested

Any progress on this? Seems like a cool idea to "just" coach your team and recruit.

Depends on how many guys want in, someone else could be free to be the commissioner too if they'd want, or is there a way you can have a co commish that can also advance? Because I'm not home everyday to advance, but we could advance it pretty quickly though if we have multiple commissioners who are responsible.

Recruiting only can be done on the Internet is how I could recruit, but I think you have to pay to advance I believe? Someone fill me in if I'm wrong

Here are a couple of ideas I had. Feel free to comment on these guys.....

Small school vs Big school debate - Big schools are nice because generally people know the players and recruiting is easier. Smaller schools are good because you really feel like you are building something that you are putting together plus when you get a good recruit it means so much more because you he doesn't have to sit behind some upperclassmen.

If people wanted bigger schools we could do something like move Texas A&M, Arkansas and Nebraska back to the Big 12 and along with Baylor, Texas, Texas Tech, TCU, Oklahoma and Oklahoma State you would have some amazing recruiting battles.

Also, we could go no restrictions or say that you have to pick a team from Texas, Cali or Florida. I really like the coach mode thing tho, I'm definitely on board with that.

Anyways, just some ideas to get the ball rolling.....

I like the idea of starting at a small school and then jumping to a bigger school after a few seasons. But that means the dynasty has to actually last for awhile. But you can count me in for a coach mode dynasty, I don't care if it's big or small schools or whatever.

I can't believe I missed this, I'd be interested in doing a recruiting OD. I like the small school idea.
