They're at about 70 done of 126. End of July might be an aggressive estimate but I think they'll be close.

Is it a safe assumption that those 70 teams are the ones that people actually care about? i.e. power 5 schools

Yes, that's correct. Not all p5 are done though. But with all of the major magazines out, they should be a tick or two faster getting them done.
