This is a sim PS3 dynasty. It has a 72 hour advance time. You start at 20 xp with normal progression. We have a subforum listed st the bottom of this read

needs to be 6 teams in each conference. 3 teams in each division would be nice but i am okay with 4 in one and 2 in the other.
