Open for suggestions. Honestly, I don't even need to be the commish. Just want to get into a competitive dynasty. We have set user sliders down and cpu sliders up in the past, then turned down speed threshhold to make it more realistic.

I dont mind running the commish. I've done plenty of them. Some of the Dynastys I have run in the past we would have recruiting restrictions, playbook restrictions to make things more even. I could set it up if everyone's cool with that?
