Need Help with my Max Drive

I can't get my cpu to recognize my max drive usb thing. I downloaded blacklover's rosters but when I try to get them to my max drive I am having issues. When I plug it in the usb port it says new hardware found, but it doesnt' show up under my computer and I can't find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

after its been recognized and it says your new hardware is ready for use, double-click the My Computer icon and in the list of drives you should see MAX DRIVE (x:\) x is the drive letter.

The thing is it is not there! Anyone else know anything I can do, I really want to get my rosters going. Thanks for the help though anyways. I have tried to go to add new hardware on control panel and everything, but no dice. It just doesn' t show up anywhere once it says its ready to use.
