Nope, this is in reference to Marty Jannetty, the great professional wrestler and one half of the greatest tag team ever assembled, The Rockers.

Re: Historic Rosters PS2 Project

And my brother. Mark, if you want help, I'm in. I love roster editing (I spent three hours in a row fixing Madden rosters from February 2nd until training camp).

How are you going to split this up?

Shawn Michaels made that tead. But the greatest tag team ever was The Road Warriors. What a rush! now back to to what is at hand, when will the PS2 historic rosters be done? Xbox is finished.

Re: Historic Rosters PS2 Project

1997 Michigan:
http://www.freep.com/sports/umichfb/players.htm

Should we just start here and work our way around?

PK is Kraig Baker, a white guy with brown hair, not a black guy with black hair.
RE #93 is Sam Sword, a right outside linebacker.
RE #44 is Rob Swett, another outside linebacker.
LOLB #55 is Dhani Jones, a black guy with a 'fro. Not a white guy.
DT #91 is Josh Williams, a white guy with short blonde hair, not a black guy.
DT #95 is again, a white guy, not a black guy.

Am I looking at the wrong roster or what? Why are there so many mistakes?

Jesus I can't believe all the goofs so far and this is just one team.

I had to move a guy from DT to DE because he was misplaced, a two DE's to LBs, change some appearances...

I don't think many people would go to these lengths so I guess I will be doing my own historical roster set from scratch. If anyone can post links for team rosters, that would be helpful so I can get this done A-SAP.

Re: Historic Rosters PS2 Project

1997 Florida State:
http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/foo...ffcroster.html
http://www.mindspring.com/~nole92/fbrost.htm
http://seminoles.collegesports.com/s...epthchart.html (probably the best one available)

I am going to try to find one with pictures to correct any mistakes like there were in the '97 Wolverines.

That's the same guy. Marty was an all-state wrestler at Hardaway High School in Columbus in '78. He was also a pretty good defensive lineman too.

He went into professional wrestling after working at a local pub called Momma Goldberg's Deli.

Re: Historic Rosters PS2 Project

First off let me say EA really f-cked up on the historical rosters. Guys are not their right skin color for god's sake! 2003 LSU DT Chad Lavalais is black in the game! I think we are going to need people to go through the rosters with a fine-toothed comb to double check their horrid work.

2003 USC:
Having trouble naming these guys...
HB #9
RT #71
LT #71
ROLB #51
ROLB #41
FS #26
SS #29

2003 LSU:
QB #16
MLB #54
SS #28
K #33

Does anybody know if anyone else that is coming out with historical rosters going to edit apperances at all? If not, we should just pick someone to rename all the rosters, and another person to double check appearances.
