Wouldnt they have to pay each player to use their name in the game? I dont think EA or the NCAA will let that happen. They should just not let changing of names and this mess would be solved.

I doubt that would happen. It would take away from the relism of the game and EA has been trying to improve that aspect of their games. Is it really so hard for people to be honest and have a little integrity? I guess the answer is yes it's too hard, seeing as how there are so many that lack those two qualities.

EA has been negotiating with the NCAA, I remember reading about it but it looks like its still a year or two away from happening, if it ever does.

I think they could work out some kind of deal where this can happen, they would have to find someway to compensate the players, maybe some extra money for their tuition or something.

With the new season coming up, it's high time to remind everyone of this.

Maybe it'll stop one person from leaving a donation on Lindner's site.

Personally, DT's service has been reliable. I know I'll get my memory card back, and I know I'll be satisfied with the product. FK's claims have shown no evidence, so I have no reason to believe him over DT. For all I know he is making claims to try and make DT's customers feel uneasy, in attempt to expand his own market. That said, I'm going to stick with the roster service I know to be great.

FK is not making money off the rosters.

DT is accepting "donations" therefore breaking a law. Or has he started just straight-up charging people, yet?
