Quick Question for Anyone That Can Help

i have action replay for the xbox. what i need to know is how to get the file from here onto my memory card? any help would be appreciated. thanks

1. Download file to desktop (don't unzip)
2. Load up your AR (make sure your mem. card is in)
3. drag and drop the file from your desktop to your AR
4. Wait for the bar to load and then take your memory card out and put it into your xbox controller
5. Load your Xbox without a CD inside and go to your memory card options. Find the roster file and copy it to your Hard drive.
6. Put in NCAA Fball, load the rosters, and you're ready to play.
