sorry but this file isn't working for me.. as it is trying to overwrite V2 of the community rosters as its own community roster, and i see no dynasty on the load/save screen from my memory card or hard drive.

It won't have a Dynasty save since you'd already have a team chosen.

All I'm getting is the 1A1 rosters and no coach names or settings that I can see.

I think I know what I did wrong..used the same folder for the OS rosters and my setup file...here's a new link, give it a try and let me know. I'm really sorry for the mess up!

Just go to dynasty and select load off the memory card....it should be there this time. Sorry again, not alot of experience doing this!

No, go to coaching strategy, create a new coach, pick the team you want with new coach, delete Arkansas coach, and then save the whole thing into a new file, that way each time you start you can pick any team you want.
