I wouldn't restart a dynasty because of them.... Use them in exhibition mode or playing on XBox Live. Or whenever you do restart a dynasty use them.

I can't get these to work. When I drag the file onto my AR, a message pops up saying "Not a valid XBOX save." Can anyone help me with this problem?

Make sure you don't unzip the file, drag the whole zipped file onto the action replay memory card section.
