This is the most up to date file so far most players who where kicked off teams has been replaced, and a lot more players added 100+. dunn28ward17 will take over the file now and trav and Irep will finish it up. this is enough to start your dynasty with. most ratings have been set back to origanal ratings. The more I find the more I will change back. I'll leave it up to the end user to alter ratings. most positition changes has been done. Reggie Nelson is Florida's starting CB now. lAMAR wOODLEY Michigan is at the end spot now.

Anyways, when I dl these rosters, I'll post my WI number/player corrections. One player than should be created for Wisconsin is OL Gabe Carimi, I have his CAP, I'll post it when I find it.
