Need Help with Action Replay for Rosters

Hey everyone, I tried searching for a tutorial on how Action Replay, but I didnt see oen for regular XBOX. I just want to transfer the Xbox Rosters to my memory card, could anyone point me in the direction I need to be going?

I'm gonna assume you have the action replay hardware on the computer already and it is hooked up with a USB port. Just right click the rosters and save as onto the desktop. Don't open it. Then, with the memory card plugged in, open the action replay and drag the save into the left side. Hope that at least makes a little sense.
