FYI: Edit Players and your Depth Chart resets based on ratings

I have been editing UGA to my liking, equipment et all....but noticed that if you make so much as a wristband change, your depth chart will automatically reset to being entirely ratings based regardless of any changes you have made / saved.

While this may not be an issue for some, I have been realigning my depth chart for UGA to match the latest info, and suffice to say the depth chart is not matching what EA had entered overall ratings wise for most of the positions.

If you plan on editing your players, do ALL of them before you set your official depth chart...any changes you make will automatically reset to purely ratings based positions vs what you have manually set.

Good luck finding a way around this one, it's nasty.

That really sucks. I hope EA fixes that soon. It's going to get pretty annoying.

question, has anyone noticed if editing just 1 team
adjusts the depth chart just for that 1 team or all teams?

like I adjusted OU massively
then adjusted PSU 1 day later
I hope I don't have to adjust OU again

One of the main things is that it kills the punt and kick returner depth charts. I was playing with Mich yesterday after my edits and Mike Hart and Mario Manningham were back there returning the opening kickoff.

Yeah, EA really needs to fix that. Its ashamed that EA let that bug slipped without being bug tested. It makes special teams seem so fake by not having the real returners return kickoff or punts.

Wow, I didnt know it did that for sure, cuz it happened to me also, but i figured i forgot to save or something, but yeah that does suck,, not necessarily a huge glitch in my eyes, just something tedious to work around.

it is a tremendous glitch. i get to the point where i cant play my dynasty. i like to edit my players' equipment. and then the depth chart bug comes back.

it got so bad that it started throwing in "open slots" and telling me a player was already on the depth chart when he clearly wasnt. total game kille for me...
