PS3 Offline Free Roster Download?

I need the rosters for my PS3, but all the sites I can find is pay sites or you gotta go online through your console. I don't have DSL or anything where I live so I cant get online to get them. Is there no site I can just save with my flash drive USB and just insert it in my PS3 and get them that way? At least thats what I did last year....

When will they be available? Isnt that the site where they want to you log into something through your console?

no, it will be a file DL'ed on your PC, transferred via USB to the PS3.

This is good news to hear as I am in the same situation, not having on line access. As long as there are rosters done without there being a patch along with it then I will be fine playing the game for a week or so without rosters
