I have always done my own rosters for NCAA but never put the time in to edit or change the players completely (As in change positions or change to another guy) So how do the roster pros on OP determine ratings for guys not in the game?? I don't feel like being lazy about it this year!

I usually just guess. I judge it by how good the starter is. If they are a third string they will be between the second and the fourth string and so on.

I look at the scout/rivals page if availble and what the above person said. I usually only go deep with the BE

Use resources like Rivals and also note how a player playing the same position is rated on the team.

How in God's name do you add symbols to names. Like how do I do names like Heyward-Bey or Davis-Walker?? I can't get the symbols to come up at all!
