How to accurately rate players

I want to update the Utah Utes for the 2010 season. I have a few questions about updating and adding new players

1. About what rating would you give a 5 star recruit? 4 Star? 3 star? and so on

2. About how much to you increase a players rating after a new season?

3. Are the conversion tables accurate that tell you the players speed based on their 40 and other skills?

Re: How to accurately rate players

Since you want to update Utah I'll assume you're a big fan of Utah...So, saying that, I'd assume you know who performed well, who didn't, who was a bust, who surprised you, who stepped up in the big games, etc. I'd also follow the table on speeds, etc.

Re: How to accurately rate players

Generally when you recruit a guy in the game a 5* guy will typically be in the range of anywhere from 78-84 OVR.

4*s are usually between 74-80, so I guess stick with what the game automatically uses to rate players and go with that!
