HELP ME! ACCESSING EA LOCKER--360

can someone help me out??? I cant access the EA locker.. It says an Xbox Live membership limitation does not allow you to use this feature when i click on download roster.

and yes i have a Gold membership!

I can play a ranked game if i want too... my subscription doesnt end till 4/2010.

any thoughts? ive unplugged everything.. and plugged back in. still nothing???

The only thing I can think of is try to change your online settings....you might be set to family or something like that.

checked. no family settings turned on.

do you have to register over easports world or whatever that is??? cuz i havent done that.. nor do i know how.

my 360 did that the other day, i restarted it and had no problems after that

ive tried that like a 100 times... still no luck. I dont know what the problem is but i still cant access it.

I have exactly the same problem. It will not let me access the EA locker. Frustrating!!

I had this same issue last season. Your Xbox Live privacy settings are blocking it. Change those to anyone (anyone can contact you, message you, all that) and you should be good to go.

The above post is correct, I had the same issue with the 2k roster share this year. Go into edit profile/privacy settings/member content and set it to everyone.
