The national media carries him because he is the best player in college football, thats how it works. Id rather the national media talk about Tim Tebow all day long, rather than the crap they talk about now like Michael Vick, steroids in baseball, USC buying their players houses, etc. Whats rediculous is the way people like you keep saying "Tebow wont play QB in the NFL" just because you heard it on tv. And its about the only knock you all have on the guy at the moment.

Bro...people out west don't even care about Pac-10 football. The mentality of the west coast is way different. I lived in FL before (Miami)...I lived in the midwest and northeast...the west just doesn't care about it that much compared to the south...thus people are less willing to pay $$$ to see games.

You rip the Pac-10 (saying USC and 9 others)...but 1/2 of the SEC has NEVER once won a conference title in your lifetime. That's Vandy, Ky, S.Car, Ole Miss, MSU, and Ark. That's pretty sad. Meanwhile, the Pac-10 has had every team win or share the conference title at least once in your lifetime.

Tebow is a great college QB. Probably will never play that position in the NFL...or the book on him now is he's not good enough now. The way the national media carries on about Tim Tebow is ridiculous. It's not Tebow's fault. Outside of the state of FL and SEC land, nobody cares about Tim Tebow.
Devils,

I dont like Florida what so ever. In fact, I hate them and their lobbying coach, Urban Cryer. But I think you are among a very small amount of people that dont consider Tim Tebow to be one of the greatest college QB's of all time, if not the greatest. Face facts, my friend. Tim Tebow is one the greatest players to ever play college football, let alone being one of the greatest college QB's ever.
