Problem with Madden 10 draft

I rented NCAA 10 to sim seasons to get some draft classes for Madden. I have turned off injuries for my dynasty and sim the season, but there are a TON of 10 week to season ending injuries that may affect my draft class. Anyone else having this problem?

Also, I have sim'ed about 8 seasons so far and have yet to get many of the big names like Tebow, etc, in the draft class. Even tho Tebow has won the Heisman in all 8 of my sims, he still does not enter the draft. This is annoying me. Any help?

UPDATE: Figured out the draft issue - after an hour of searching forums, found out even though seniors say "graduated" they still enter the draft. Tested this out with Madden and its true - even though in NCAA seniors are graduating, they are in the draft class in Madden. Still no answer to the insane amount of injuries during sim tho.
