If you are talkin about 360, hands down DK's roster who's GT is ROMANCAESAR

It depends on the system you have for Xbox 360 It is DK (GT RomanCaesar) with out any question. For PS3 i have heard that Tovarich has some pretty good rosters. I dont knnow about WII

This guy is the leader of his own fan-club, but I have to admit he is right, these are the best PS3 rosters going Hands down. Don't start your dynasty without these rosters.

Why are you interested in rosters without ratings changes? Are you interested in creating your own set? If you're not, you should know that the attributes on the default rosters are probably 97% randomly generated. There's really no point in having the correct names if the player's attributes are nowhere close to accurate.
