Can anyone tell me who (even if it's more than one) has the most recent/updated/best roster for the PS3? I see so many listed, I have no idea which one to use. Even if there's one being worked on now that hasn't been completed.

I'll second that from my time with them. He spends a lot of time on them and has the ratings updated for players that need them. Any roster file that doesn't edit player ratings from the beginning of the year is lacking imo. And he tracks all the moves.
