You can not transfer an NCAA Football 10 roster file from a flash drive or a computer to your PS3.

To download a roster (if you're connected to the internet):
- go to "online" (in the main menu)
- go to "EA Locker"
- go to "download roster"
- enter "luvtotha9s" (without the quotation marks)
